Soul Truths
Sometimes I need to be a stranger to myself. Only then my soul can show me not what I want, but what I need to see (Aleph )
The Indigo Evolution
As an indigo myself and an educator of more and more Indigos, I can clearly see the need for a major shift in the educational paradigm we are currently following. This is a long video but, it really does show what is going on at the moment. We’ve heard of this sort of thing for some time now. Its time to stop talking and turn our words into action. Slowly, and I do mean slowly, shifts are beginning to take place in education.
I was given permission this week to begin a new program in my school next year. Each morning before the students enter into their classrooms, they will (all 320 of the student body!) will come to the gym. We will begin our day with quiet meditation and 10 minutes of Qigong, Tai Chi, or yoga. I’m psyched! I already have 4 teachers who plan to give up their time to help me. The school principal is even on board 100%! (If you knew the principal you’d be saying OMG!) There is so much research out there to back up the importance of doing this with the children of today. Their souls are crying out for this. I plan to do a study on the effects of educational outcome, behavioral outcomes, and our school culture. If you have the time, take a look at the video. Doreen Virtue had a hand in the video. You may find it speaks directly to you.
For a more information about the Indigos, you may want to read and early post of mine called Indigo Children or check out some of the links below.

Breathe
when you feel all is lost
Breathe.
Feel the air around you
as the energy shifts
from heavy to light
Breathe.
The angels have come
to carry you home
wrapping their wings
of love around you.
Breathe.
They know your secrets
they know your desires
let them take over
as they lift the veil of darkness.
Breathe.
The gentle brush
upon your cheek
are the angels wings
nudging you along
hear them sing.
Breathe.
Keeping it Real
Walking a spiritual path can sometimes be daunting. You set your expectations high to achieve greatness in the name of love and for your Creator. I ask, why? You must remember the expectations are set by you and not the Creator. Your Creator sees the path you are walking and knows you come from a place of love with your every intent. That it is far more than He could ever want from you. He does not expect perfection or have high expectations of you. He simply asks you to walk your path with your heart open, your intent to be based from love and your actions be filled with compassion.
An open dialogue with one of my guides about the above message….
Me: What exactly is it you are trying to say?
Guide: When you walk with your heart open, you are able to experience life on a much deeper level. You are able to feel the pain of others. You are able to notice your own pain. It is only when you are aware of physical or emotional suffering, you can begin to heal. In life, pain and suffering is inevitable. It is part of the life lesson, learning to heal from your own pain is as important as helping others to heal their pain and sorrows.
Me: So we open our heart to experience pain and to heal pain?
Guide: One may ask, why would I knowingly want to make myself experience pain? This is simple: it is part of the healing process of the soul. Your soul carries with it many experiences from many lives. What you do not heal in this life, will come back in another. It is your soul, that is on the journey and part of the journey is about healing all pain that has been inflicted upon your soul. You call it a spiritual journey but, in actuality, it is a soul journey. It feels spiritual in nature because you are traveling deep within your soul and your soul is connected to the Creator. The closer you become to the Creator, the closer you are to your own soul. It’s easy to see how one would call it a spiritual journey. We open our hearts for many reasons. One will never experience the joy of pure love with a half-opened heart. It must be open to feel pain and to feel love as well.
Me: Are you trying to tell me I’ve set my expectations to high for the journey I’m on?
Guide: You asked for words of inspiration or wisdom that a reader may need to hear.
Me: Yes, I did. And so…..
Guide: And so, it is up to you to decide if the words you have been given are meant for you, a reader or both.
Me: Well, I guess if I’m questioning if it is meant for me then it must be meant for me as well.
Guide: You are a wise one child.
I don’t usually write about my guides but, for some reason today I feel its necessary for me to include this dialogue. So, I’ll trust and just go with it.
After a little reflection on the message, I’ve decided for me the message means to keep it real, keep it simple, and keep on trucking down my path with an open heart, loving intent and compassion for all.
As for you, you’ll have to decide what the message means to you.

Borrowed Shoes
Beauty lies within each of us upon the earth.
It lies within the core of all knowing.
For some, the beauty travels through
time and space to be seen by all.
For others, the beauty lays dormant
waiting to spread its wings and fly.
When you come upon a person
who has not yet learned to let their beauty shine
judge not, for it is not your place.
Step into their shoes and walk their walk.
Feel their pain.
Understand their struggles.
Know their truth
and then
lend them your shoes
so they may feel love. ♥sKr♥
♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
“When a caged bird sings,
birds flying in the sky are thereby
summoned and gather around; and when
the flying birds gather around, the bird
in the cage strives to get out.” ♥ Nichiren
I was led to this quote shortly after writing the above. It’s easy to see the similarities. When the strong gather around those who are feeling weak or trapped, it gives the weak the courage to find their inner strength and beauty and fly. Sometimes, all people need are to borrow someone else’s shoes and have a walk around in them to know what they are missing. Strength comes from within yea, yea.
BUT, we all know what a new pair of shoes can do! (even if they are “used” they are “new” to someone in need!)

One Nation, One World
the words of the world
are as important as the words of the soul
the vibrational energy of mother earth
is losing its rhythm
the effects of man has taken a toll
love thy earth
love thy neighbor
love thy family
love thy self
love is the vibration
that has been stripped from the world
Love has the power to restore
the energy allowing
the essence of earth
to shine brightly
to dance beautifully
within the spirit of love
When the earth thrives
on the vibration of love
people will come together
as one nation
one world
in the name of love
♥sKr♥
